The subject salvage is being disposed off on “As is where is”, “Whatever there is” and “No Complaint” Basis.
The above quantity is approximate. The Bidder should acquaint himself by inspecting the subject materials and then bid in the e-Auction. As the subject materials is offered on Lump Sum Basis, hence no refund will be provided in case of any deviation in the subject materials.
The quantities indicated in the list are approximate and are variable to the extent of “+ / - 5%”.
I. The Purchaser shall be required to make the payment within 3 working days from the receipt of the Delivery Order.
II. The Purchaser shall be required to lift the material within 10 working days from the receipt of the Delivery Order.
