The subject salvage is being disposed off on “As is where is”, “Whatever there is” and “No Complaint” Basis.

I. The Purchaser shall be required to make the payment within 3 working days from the receipt of the Delivery Order.

II. The Purchaser shall be required to lift the material within 21 working days from the receipt of the Delivery Order.

III. The cost of cutting and dismantling would be borne by the purchaser. Material would be handed over after dismantling.
